This quaint house is in a private family friendly neighborhood with plenty of pine trees and deer to see. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, each bedroom has a new queen Temper-Pedic bed. The kitchen is equipped with all your basic needs, pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot and dishes for 4. Linens, towels, basic cleaning supplies, paper products and laundry facility are all included.

The spacious living room has a wall to wall rock fireplace, wood is provided. Cable TV and DVD, and wireless Internet. On the back deck is a Weber grill for you to enjoy grilling on and eating outside on the wooden table set, or just lounge in the Adirondack chairs.

Home has wireless Internet at all times for your use.

Tollgate offers a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court and many trails are available. (Swimming pool open only during the summer months)

Sleeps 4   Nightly rate: $130.00 (room tax not included)

Monthly rates are available.

Cleaning is included in the price of the home for a 3 night rental or more. To rent for 2 days or less there is a $60 cleaning fee which is non-refundable.
